FOR EXECUTIVE TEAMS, INVESTORS AND CEO PEER GROUPS
Nervous System Intelligence For Leadership Teams
Judgment, composure and creative thinking are state-dependent — available in some physiological states, not in others. Access to those states is trainable. I train it with breath, in formats that fit a working day.

Decision Quality Is A Physiological Variable
Under pressure, the brain circuits holding working memory, cognitive flexibility and judgment lose bandwidth first. The same team, in a different state, makes measurably different decisions.
In a fundraise, a pivot or an M&A process, that difference is expensive. And it compounds — chronic overactivation does slower damage that surfaces months later as attrition, missed signals and burnout.
Who This Is For
Executive Teams In A Critical Phase
Pivots, fast scaling, M&A, sharpening competition. These are the phases where a few decisions matter more than the volume of work, and where the pressure that makes them important degrades the capacity to make them well.
Usually starts with a workshop inside an offsite, then the six-week program together.
Every Other Leadership Capability Depends On This One
Coaching works on thinking and behaviour. Leadership development works on skill and judgment. Both assume the leader can reach their own capability in the moment it is needed. Pressure is what breaks that assumption.
Strategic thinking, judgment, presence, creativity, the ability to hold a room: each is available in some states and not in others. Nervous system intelligence is the capacity that access runs on.
Same conversation, and same budget, as the leadership development you already invest in.
The Programs
Each block stands on its own, and each one prepares the next.
01
Introduction To Nervous System Intelligence
Why state precedes function, what it costs in a board meeting, and the fundamentals of functional breathing. Half theory and application, half guided practice.
60 minutes to a full day · up to 30 people · remote or on site · from €1,000
02
Fundamentals — 6 Weeks
Awareness, regulation, training. The techniques that change state in real time, and the support to make them a daily habit. This is the block that moves the baseline.
6 weeks · 6–12 per cohort · remote · €1,200 per participant
03
Advanced — 6 Weeks
Context engineering, acceptance, values and purpose, discernment. Energy on demand, intuition, strategic thinking — and how a team's context gets designed.
6 weeks · 6–12 per cohort · remote · €1,200 per participant
04
Ongoing Practice
A live session to hold the habit and deepen the practice after the programs end.
Weekly or monthly · remote · from €100 per participant per month

What Leaders Who Brought This To Their Teams Say

Breath is something that we carry around with us every second of our life, but it's probably the most underutilized asset that we have. Once you understand that and use it intentionally, it can truly become your superpower.
Nikolaus Weil
Leadership Coach & Entrepreneur · YPO

Intentional breathing can be a powerful tool of leadership. For focus, for staying calm and regulating your nervous system, and to be in it for the long term and not burn out at one point.
Anna Rösler
Head of Platform, b2venture

After just short sessions — ten, fifteen, twenty minutes — even the hesitant participants see a change in their sensation, they see a change in their mental state, and they see that it really works.
Gerhard Eisenacher
Managing Director & Founder, UBE Academy

I had not expected such a simple practice to have such a direct and tangible effect on my nervous system — and on how I show up as a leader.

We really appreciated Lucia’s contribution to AENU’s Founders Resilience event. Her breathwork session was impactful and thoughtfully facilitated. Lucia brings a rare combination of deep professionalism and grounded presence that immediately created trust and focus.
The session offered practical insights into how breath influences cognitive clarity and was a valuable reminder to integrate intentional breathing into our daily lives. I truly believe breathwork is an underestimated, powerful tool for founders navigating high-pressure environments and Lucia delivers it in a way that feels both accessible and highly credible.

How An Engagement Typically Develops
Fit call, 30 minutes
Your situation, the pressure your team is under, who would be in the room, which format fits. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call.
Design
Content adapted to your phase, protocols chosen for your people's working day.
First session
Remote or on site, in English or German. Most teams start with a workshop inside an offsite or a portfolio day.
Debrief
What landed, who wants to go further, and whether a cohort makes sense. Usually a short call two weeks later, once the practice has been tested against a real week.
Deepening
Most teams continue into the six-week program, where the baseline actually moves. Audio library, habit support, individual Q&A slots, and before-and-after measurement so you can see what changed. From there, ongoing practice keeps it in place.
Investment
Introductory workshops
From €1,000 for a 60 min remote session
Six-week programs
€1,200 per participant, per block
Both six-week blocks together
At €2,000 per participant
Ongoing practice

Questions hosts usually ask
Yes, it is designed for one. Every technique is discreet and usable anytime, anywhere — at a desk, in a meeting, before a board session, invisible from the outside. No lying on the floor, no changing clothes, no emotional-release work in group sessions. People finish ready to go straight back into their day.
Usually, because the session opens with physiology rather than wellbeing. The mechanism is concrete, the effects are noticeable within the first guided practice, and the protocols are built for a working day. I explicitly don’t use any spiritual or wellness language.
No. A normal room and chairs.
Five to fifteen minutes a day, building gradually, plus resets under a minute. The program is built to make that realistic rather than aspirational.
Yes, this is the most common format. Sixty minutes to a half day inside your agenda.
No. Fundamentals stands on its own and is where most teams start. Teams committing to both stay together as one cohort for three months at a lower rate.
Yes, for the programs. Validated instruments before and after, plus an anonymised summary of what moved in your cohort.
