The Programs

1 · Introduction To Nervous System Intelligence

60 minutes, 2 hours, half day or full day · up to 30 participants, larger groups on request · remote or on site

Why nervous system intelligence is a leadership skill rather than a wellbeing topic, why breath is the most direct way to change nervous system state, and what that looks like in a board meeting, a negotiation or a hard conversation.

Fits inside a team offsite, a portfolio day, a peer-group meeting, or as a standalone event.

What participants take away

  • Why state precedes function, and why breath is the fastest available lever
  • The fundamentals of functional breathing, usable anywhere in their day
  • A menu of short protocols mapped to the situations they actually encounter

What's included

  • Minimum 30 minutes theory: nervous system intelligence, the science of breath, business relevance, day-to-day protocols
  • Minimum 30 minutes guided practice
  • Optional: Q&A and discussion, deeper theory, or deeper practice

2 · Nervous System Intelligence: Fundamentals

6 weeks · 6 to 12 participants per cohort · remote by default

The first three pillars — awareness, regulation, training — and the breath techniques that change state in real time. The emphasis is on building an actual daily habit rather than collecting tools that get forgotten, because this is the block that moves the baseline: less activation from the same demands, and faster recovery.

What participants take away

  • Ready-to-use breath tools for demanding situations at work
  • A default state of calm alertness, with clarity under pressure and emotional stability during conflict
  • Better recovery capacity, which lowers the risk of burnout

What's included

  • Weekly 60-minute live session, plus recording
  • Two 60-minute windows a week to book an individual 10-minute Q&A
  • Weekly 30 minutes of optional self-paced theory with written summaries
  • Short guided audios, 3 to 15 minutes, for daily practice
  • A chat group with the cohort

3 · Nervous System Intelligence: Advanced

6 weeks · 6 to 12 participants per cohort · remote by default, in person in Berlin or on request

The remaining four pillars — context engineering, acceptance, values and purpose, discernment — and the advanced techniques that open the expansive end of the range. This block also moves from the individual to the system: what shapes a team's capacity to perform, and how meeting design, communication norms, decision protocols and rest culture act as inputs to it.

What participants take away

  • An energised state on demand
  • Better access to intuition and to creative, visionary, strategic thinking
  • Greater nervous system resilience and flexibility
  • A stabilised habit of intentional breathing
  • The ability to deliberately engineer context that favours their team's performance

What's included

  • Weekly 60-minute live session, plus recording
  • Two 60-minute windows a week to book an individual 10-minute Q&A
  • Weekly 30 minutes of optional self-paced theory with written summaries
  • Short guided audios, 3 to 15 minutes, for daily practice
  • A chat group with the cohort

Prerequisite: Fundamentals, or an equivalent established practice. Stability precedes expansion.

4 · Ongoing Practice

Weekly or monthly · remote

A live session to hold the habit and keep the practice developing. Most of the compounding effects arrive in the months after the structured work, which is when support usually stops.
